What is a clean mailing list?

• All addresses are accurate and complete with no duplicates
• All addresses have a correct zip code plus 4 digits
• All addresses have a correct 11-digit barcode

MLMPC can maintain your current mailing list or purchase one for you. We ensure your mailing list is accurate by running it through CASS-certified software. This standardizes the address, assigns the correct Zip+4 digits and signals any errors.

Eliminating invalid, undeliverable and duplicate addresses saves money. You pay printing and postage for what you need. Your mail piece will not be thrown away or returned because of and invalid or undeliverable address. Postage discounts are available for mail that is bar-coded and prepared properly.
